Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
My approach to all I do is to work with my clients, colleagues and associates as unique individuals. I am committed to demonstrating awareness and appreciation of equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I). This means creating working relationships with respect for individual identity and preferences, psychological safety, openness and equity with all my clients.
Ethical Practice
I subscribed to the code of ethics of my two professional bodies, The International Coaching Federation ICF Code of Ethics. and the Association for Executive Coaches and Supervisors Global Code of Ethics. My professional affiliations require me to have professional liability insurance, continued professional development and supervision. The ICF operates the complaints procedure, and should you have serious concerns about my practice, please contact ethics@coachingingfederation.org.
Confidentiality
I will treat what you say confidently, and you will do the same with me. This confidence would only be breached in very rare circumstances where required by law or ethical practice. In such cases, except where the law prescribes, I would talk to you first. I may discuss some anonymous details of my current mentor coach supervision work with my supervisor. I confirm the current best practices in data protection as outlined in the Data Protection Act 2018 requirements.
Cancellations and Terminations
If you give me three working days’ notice or need to cancel at short notice due to a personal emergency, you will not be charged for cancelling or changing an appointment. Otherwise, I will invoice the full fee for the session. If you wish to terminate our supervision or mentoring relationship, we will discuss this in our penultimate session so we can have closure.
